Join our speaker pool and let organisers know you are available to share your expertise. Be visible and help shape the industry’s most important conversations with more women on panels. We will send you an asset to use on social media to help promote your speaker status.
Credible panels for event organisers
Make your panels more balanced, engaging and credible by accessing our database of talented women speakers. Look beyond job titles to find fresh voices - sometimes the best C-suite speaker is just a level or two down.
We also recognise women often miss out on opportunities to speak - sometimes because a (usually male) boss is attending instead, due to family or childcare responsibilities. That’s why we encourage organisers to give more notice, offer expense support, and think more flexibly about participation.
And remember, real inclusion goes beyond putting a woman in the moderator seat. We are here to help you build better panels, not just more performative ones.

How to advocate for and support Panel+
Take the Panel+ pledge, download your badge, and share your support for inclusive panels. Advocate for your colleagues and peers to be heard - if you get offered a panel opportunity, ask if any women are participating and if not, decline or suggest a colleague!
