Need clarification?

What programmes will be financed with the profits from my purchase?

Profits from the Rise swag sales will help fund programmes delivered to our community free of charge, such as the Rise Mentoring Programme.

Do you ship internationally?

Our standard shipping covers the UK only, however you may consider pre-ordering your swag and picking it up at one of the international industry trade shows. Please, subscribe to our newsletter in order to be informed of the upcoming pre-orders.

How and when will my purchase be shipped?

Your orders will ship via a 48hrs tracked service on the next working day following your purchase (UK-only).

If you are not based in the UK, we invite you to pre-order your swag and to pick it up at the Rise stand during one of the upcoming trade shows.

Do you accept exchanges and returns?

As a non-profit organisation, we are not in a position to handle exchanges and returns like e-commerce professionals do. Please, refer to product descriptions and sizing guidance before your purchase in order to make the best choice.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes. We will offer dedicated pre-orders prior to industry trade shows, including NAB and IBC, so you can pick up your items during your visit at the Rise stand.

As part of our community, you will be invited to all of our networking events / conferences / panels, as well as be asked to nominate your colleagues in our annual Rise Awards.

Each member is invited to apply for our annual Mentoring Programme and we are always looking for volunteers for our Rise Up Academy programme and for contributors to our reports too.
