Project Manager

BFBS is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team during an exciting period of technological transformation.

Working within a unique broadcast, media and technology environment, you'll lead a diverse portfolio of projects spanning broadcast services, digital platforms, infrastructure, applications, cyber security, content delivery and emerging technologies. From enhancing the way media reaches unique audiences around the world to delivering innovative solutions that support the UK Armed Forces community, where every project has a clear purpose and tangible impact.

This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of project management, technology and broadcasting. You'll collaborate with talented engineers, content teams, product specialists and senior stakeholders across the organisation, helping to turn strategic ambitions into successful operational outcomes.

We're looking for someone who is organised, collaborative and comfortable leading multiple projects of varying size and complexity. You'll be equally confident engaging with senior leaders, technical specialists and external partners, bringing people together to achieve shared goals. Experience within broadcasting, media technology, IPTV, OTT, digital platforms or technology-led environments would be highly advantageous.

We're particularly interested in candidates who have:

• Proven project management experience within a structured governance environment.

• A recognised qualification such as APM, PRINCE2 & PMI

• Experience applying Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches.

• A track record of successfully delivering multiple concurrent projects.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• Experience within broadcast, media, technology or digital transformation environments.

• The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
