Job Description - Broadcast Engineering Supervisor

Premier League Studios are looking for two Broadcast Engineering Supervisors to lead a high performing first line broadcast engineering team at their new production facility in West London. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering critical broadcast and content services in a high value, fast-paced and automation led environment.
The Broadcast engineering supervisors will manage a team of people and be responsible for the real time management, support and administration of complex data led and automation driven video and audio infrastructure including studios, live galleries, operations centre, post-production and MAM facilities.
Reporting to the Head of Systems & Engineering, they will be responsible for ensuring the continuous uptime of critical high value content services, servicing and maintaining infrastructure in line with manufacturers guidelines and good practice as well planning and delivering technology projects and upgrades.
Calm under pressure and with excellent communication skills they will manage priorities and incidents, key stakeholders, third party vendors and their teams.
The Broadcast Engineering Supervisors will work closely with wider Premier League Studios technology colleagues and when necessary, engage with colleagues across the wider PL business ecosystem.
