About this opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to undertake a role within the media management software development team. The Agile delivery manager (ADM) role is one that works closely with the development teams and the work requestors, which can be internal business stakeholders, product managers or project managers and solution architects working on behalf of an end delivery client.

The ADM is a key role within the development team working to understand requirements, translate these into work and help prioritise, plan and deliver this into the business. Working in accordance with agile methodologies the ADM role is key to keeping the team motivated and on track, removing impediments and resolving issues along the way.

What you will do

  • Take lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
  • Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
  • Work closely with architects, developers, testers, product owners and business stake holders to help innovate and design solutions across the domain of Media Management.
  • Plan and prioritizing product feature backlog and development for the product
  • Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value
  • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
  • Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
  • Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
  • Research and analyse market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
  • Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
  • Work with Project Managers to help plan development releases into test and production
