Job Description 
Reports to: Head of Marketing
This role sits within the sales and marketing team, supporting the overall objective of lead generation and brand awareness. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this person will work closely with the Graphic Designer & Content Creator, as well as the Digital Marketing Executive.

Role Responsibilities: 
-Copy writing for all base assets, including long form customer stories, social media, sales decks, presentations (internal and external), event handouts, sponsored articles and blogs, press releases
-Content planning and generation of content ideas to help achieve the marketing team objectives of lead generation and brand awareness
– Annual content strategy and planning, including digital, social, print and sales assets
– Short-form content and social media content management, including posting on existing base channels and developing base’s overall social strategy
– Working with customers to develop long-form customer stories and video interviews
– Monitor the development of the base online community and success of social channels and continuously adapt to improve performance
– Liaise with the wider sales and marketing team to develop bespoke assets and collateral to be used during the business development process
– Collaborate with base partners in the partner programme to work on joint content plans and projects

Desirable skills 
1-2 years marketing in a B2B role
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong copy writing skills, inclusive of thought pieces, technical information and press releases
A driven individual, passionate and proactive in their approach to work
Understanding of social media platform management and experience in building engagement through organic and paid campaigns
Ability to plan, manage projects and execute campaigns individually
Writing skills are essential – both long-form for case studies and short-form for social media posts
Willing to travel when required, sometimes within Europe or potentially further occasionally.
