Business Development Representative - EMEA


Key Responsibilities:

Spot Opportunities, Spark Conversations: Dive into market research to spot potential leads, then use emails, calls, and social media to spark meaningful conversations.
• Craft Personalized Outreach: Create outreach messages that resonate, addressing prospects' pain points and showcasing our solutions.
• Nurture Relationships: Through questions and attentive listening, build strong connections by understanding prospects' needs. Set the stage for success by scheduling appointments and demos with Account Executives.
• Team Collaboration: Work hand in hand with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and amplify impact.
• Deal Closure: Take ownership of closing select deals, using your persuasion skills and product knowledge.
Industry Savviness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and our product suite for engaging conversations.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, preferably in the technology sector.
• Bilingual in English and German, French or Italian
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
• A results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding targets.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
