Position Overview

As a Senior Development Team Lead / Technical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of live streaming. Leading a dynamic team, you will drive the development of nanoStream Cloud, a comprehensive platform designed for interactive use cases with a global reach. This role is not just about leading; it’s about getting hands-on with code, collaborating on product architecture, engaging with clients, and contributing to our strategic direction. Key Responsibilities

• MVP Programming: Dive into coding and technical problem-solving alongside managing your team.
• Product Architecture Development: Collaborate cross-functionally to spearhead innovations in our cloud product, focusing on APIs, backends, and user interfaces.
• External Engagements: Articulate technical details and benefits of our products during meetings with clients and partners.
• Business Success Contribution: Leverage networking to enhance company growth and client satisfaction.
• Team Building and Management: Play a strategic role in hiring and mentoring, fostering a collaborative and high-performing technical team.
• Product Strategy: Actively contribute to the roadmap and strategy of our streaming solutions.
• Execution and Communication: Ensure seamless collaboration across teams to maintain exceptional service and uptime.

Who You Are

• Possess a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficient in English, with German language skills as a beneficial addition.
• Expertise in JavaScript, with knowledge of Python, Go, or Bash being advantageous.
• Proven experience in full-stack development, especially in cloud-deployed software and REST APIs.
• Desirable background in video or streaming technologies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading technical teams and working in production environments, preferably within media, tech, or SaaS sectors.
• A customer-centric approach, aiming to deliver high-quality products and services.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and ready to tackle new challenges.
