This workshop, developed & delivered by Birdsoup, is designed for everyone who has to manage stakeholders both internal and external. By attending you will gain the chance to explore:

  • managing up: how to improve engagement with your managers and clients, say no and deliver bad news.
  • managing down: delegating effectively and recognising people-pleasing.
  • how to set boundaries – and how to stick to them.
  • practical tips on better communication, both face to face and virtually.
