ABOUT THE COMPANY AWARD FOR INVESTMENT IN WOMEN
The winning organisation will have made a significant time or financial investment in recruiting and retaining it’s female workforce. It will be ensuring equal pay, giving their female talent a voice, providing flexible working practices and have a no-tolerance attitude to sexism in the workplace. This company will celebrate the success of its female team and be able to demonstrate the steps they have taken to do all of this. The judges will be looking for culture/working practices statements, company values and policies, as well as staff testimonials.

To enter, simply fill out the entry form below. It is free to enter, and you can enter as more than one category. You can nominate yourself, as well as others. There is no age limit or geographical restrictions and nominees can work either full or part time. All entries are subject to our Awards terms & conditions which can be found here.
The closing date for entries is 17:00 (BST) on 1 September 2021 – no entries received after this date will not be considered.
