About the Role: 


We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Admin Support professional, to join our growing team and report directly to the CEO. This role sits at the heart of our business development function, supporting the CEO and business unit heads with administration and organisational support, to ensure the smooth running of our sales and pipeline management processes. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate data, producing meaningful insights, and keeping the sales process moving across our four business units. The Sales Admin Support will help optimise sales processes, enable effective decision-making through reporting, and support both the CEO and wider team in driving new business and client engagement within a fast-paced, agency environment.

About You:

  • Support sales efforts across assigned territories by preparing quotations, highlighting product/service value, and guiding clients to facilitate the purchase of Ross solutions.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication, addressing inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and expanding business through cross-sell, upsell and new customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to apply and implement.
Who you are:
 
The right candidate will share our company values, be passionate about communications, media and technology, and enjoy being part of a sociable, global team. You will be a highly organised professional, with 1-2 year’s experience in sales administration, business support, or CRM coordination, ideally within a marketing, PR, or agency environment. You will be proactive and confident handling sales data and you will be comfortable working with CRM platforms like Synergist, HubSpot or Salesforce, and adept at analysing data using Excel or Google Sheets to spot trends and drive improvements.

A strong team player, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team and balance accuracy with creativity. Your commercial awareness will help you understand how marketing, sales and business performance connect, while your analytical skills enable you to produce meaningful insights. You will be an excellent communicator, who has experience in managing multiple priorities, and a professional discreet approach will underpin your commitment to supporting both colleagues and leadership.

  • Five years’ experience within a sales organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals to exceed sales targets.
  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, planning, account development, and time management.
  • Experience in sales forecasting & pipeline management.
  • Practical knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
  • Experience selling video production equipment.
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Desire to constructively contribute to a team environment.
  • Ability to occasionally travel and attend sales events or exhibits.
  • Practical knowledge of inside sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
  • Experience selling broadcast equipment is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the key components used in broadcast electronics applications is an advantage.
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Strong team player.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to schedule duties/projects (multi-task).

Bonus points if you have the following:
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Salesforce.com.
  • Familiarity with the key components used in video production technology.

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Location: Hybrid – your time will be split between the office in London (Holborn) and from home.

Contract type: Permanent, Full-Time
