Launching October 2022 – a new programme to recognise your company’s commitment to gender diversity
The Strive to Rise programme is designed to encourage gender diversity and celebrate good practice within organisations across the media technology sector.
How it works
Your organisation can be part of the Strive to Rise programme by completing the Strive to Rise self assessment form and submitting sources of evidence on an Evidence Sheet to support your application.
Once this has been completed, you’ll be given a score based on your submission and potentially be awarded the Rise Strive to Rise mark at the relevant level.
Please note that all information shared will be treated confidentially by Rise. And don’t forget, our Strive to Rise Manager is on hand to help you throughout the process too!
The levels
The Strive to Rise programme offers you a practical tool to understand, benchmark and celebrate your organisation’s current level of commitment to gender diversity. There are three excellence levels of Strive to Rise marks, designed to reflect your level of achievement, in addition to encouraging your organisation to seek new ways to continually improve.

Strive to Rise, has been a genuinely valuable and insightful process for us to go through. It has allowed us to recognize how much we already have in place to champion women in our business but also highlights what more we can be doing and simple processes that we can establish to improve our gender diversity here at disguise.
